Color Lines are the original Russian version of Lines. The game takes place on a 9x9 playing field and starts with five colored balls, each round 3 new balls appear randomly in the playing field. The aim of the game is to move the balls so that the individual colors are aligned horizontally, vertically or diagonally. When stacking a color in the desired row, the row disappears and we get points for it. The game ends when the playing field is full and the balls cannot be moved. The game has typical "Dos" graphics and the sounds correspond to the time of its creation. Color Lines is an enjoyable puzzle game for players of all ages. Sounds simple, right? This cross between Othello and Tetris is maddeningly addictive—and the best thing is, you don’t need good reflexes to master it, unlike “pseud action” games like Tetris. Try it out—you will be pleasantly surprised by one of the best puzzle games ever made, and a wonderful way to waste time at the office ;)
